    Start Your Implementation

Let's discuss how to roll out AI in your organization.

    🇺🇸 ▾

    Seamless AI Rollouts

We handle the technical heavy lifting so your team can focus on productivity.

    Enterprise Setup

Properly configure enterprise AI tools with your existing identity providers (Entra ID, Okta) for seamless SSO.

    System Integration

Connect AI capabilities directly into your existing tech stack, allowing it to securely read your company data.

    Custom Tuning

Adjust and tune AI models and prompts to ensure they speak your company's language and understand your context.

    The Problem

    Why Most AI Rollouts Stall

Most businesses buy AI licenses, send a launch email and wait. A month later, a handful of people use it and nobody can say what it changed. The tools aren't the issue. The rollout is.

    • Licenses go to everyone, but no one is shown how AI fits their actual job.
    • Copilot is turned on before file permissions are cleaned up, so people can find data they shouldn't see.
    • AI can't see the systems where the work happens, like your CRM, ERP, ticketing or accounting tools.
    • No one measures results, so the renewal decision becomes a guess.
    What We Deploy

    AI Tools We Implement

    Microsoft 365 Copilot

Licensing, readiness checks, permission cleanup and rollout across Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and SharePoint.

    ChatGPT Business and Enterprise

Workspace setup, single sign-on, data controls and shared custom GPTs for your team's repeat tasks.

    AI inside your business systems

Connect AI to your CRM, ERP, help desk and document storage so it works with real company data, securely.

    Training and adoption

Short, role-based training so every team knows what to use AI for and what not to.

    How We Work

    Our AI Implementation Process

    1

    Readiness review

We check licensing, identity, file permissions and data sensitivity so AI doesn't expose anything it shouldn't.

    2

    Pick the use cases

We sit with each department and choose the tasks where AI saves real time, like drafting, summarizing, searching and reporting.

    3

    Pilot

A small group goes first. We tune the setup and prompts on real work before rolling out further.

    4

    Rollout and training

Company-wide deployment with single sign-on, MFA, usage policies and hands-on training.

    5

    Measure and improve

We review usage and results with you and adjust licenses, so you only pay for what's being used.

    Use Cases

    Where AI Saves Time First

    • Summarizing long email threads, Teams meetings and documents
    • Drafting proposals, client letters, reports and job descriptions
    • Searching across SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams to find answers fast
    • Turning spreadsheets into summaries and charts
    • Answering routine internal questions about HR policies, procedures and how-tos
    Who We Help

    Who We Help

We work with Houston-area businesses from 3 to 150 users, with deep experience in legal, manufacturing, medical and non-profit organizations. We serve Houston, Cypress, Spring, Tomball, Katy, The Woodlands and the surrounding areas.

    Houston-Based

    Why The Link Source

We've been managing IT for Houston businesses since 2019, and automation and process improvement have been core to what we do from day one. Because we already manage Microsoft 365, security and networks, your AI rollout builds on the IT you already have. It isn't a separate project with a separate vendor. Our in-house team is based on State Highway 249 in Northwest Houston.

    AI Implementation FAQs

For most small and mid-sized businesses, a few weeks from readiness review to company-wide rollout. Most of that time goes to cleaning up file permissions and running a short pilot, which is what makes the rollout safe and actually used.

It depends on where your work lives. Copilot is strongest inside Microsoft 365, like Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and SharePoint. ChatGPT is strong for general writing, research and custom assistants. Many businesses start with one. We'll recommend based on your tools and budget.

Not with business versions set up correctly. Microsoft 365 Copilot and ChatGPT Business and Enterprise don't train on your business data. We configure them that way and avoid free consumer tools for company work.

Often, yes. Many platforms have built-in AI connectors or APIs. We review what your systems support and connect them securely, with access limited to what each user is already allowed to see.

Adoption is where most rollouts fail. That's why we pick specific use cases per department, run a pilot and train people on their own work, not generic demos.

It depends on the number of users, the tools and the integrations. We start with a readiness review and give you a clear, fixed-scope proposal before any work begins.
