The Link Source was co-founded in March 2019 by Andrew Adams. Before TLS, Andrew was a Senior Customer Service Engineer at NCR in North Houston, servicing major brands including Walmart, Home Depot, Cisco, AT&T, T-Mobile, HP, Shell, Darden Restaurants and a number of banks. He then served as IT Operations Manager in the Legal and Insurance division of Datavant, a billion-dollar health sciences company.
In both roles, Andrew worked with teams across each organization to make sure every employee and customer got back to work quickly. His favorite work was always making things run better: automating repetitive tasks and improving processes. That's the standard we bring to every client.
Why we started
We saw too many businesses struggling with two things: keeping company data secure, and keeping employees productive when technology got in the way. We started The Link Source to fix both. Our specialty is automation and process improvement, so problems get solved for good instead of patched again and again.
Who we work with
We support businesses from 3 to 150 users, mainly law firms, medical practices, manufacturers and non-profits. Clients come to us for fully managed IT, co-managed IT alongside an internal IT person, or one-time projects.
Since we opened in 2019, no client has ever left us for another IT company or MSP.
Proof, not promises
In one engagement, our team spotted a vulnerability in a client's SolarWinds environment and removed the attacker before SolarWinds had even alerted its customers to the threat. Proactive monitoring like this is the reason we exist.
Our team
We're a 6-person, in-house team based in Northwest Houston, with Cisco-certified networking expertise. Every tech who touches your systems is our own employee. We're also members of technician and MSP networks, including Techs Together, The Tech Tribe, MSP Camp and The ASCII Group. That gives us access to hundreds of technicians around the world for large projects or locations outside Houston, and keeps us current on what works across the industry. You get local, personal support without hitting a ceiling.

Support hours
Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm CT, with after-hours support for emergencies.
