Third Party Vendors & Non-Standard Products
While we pride ourselves on our deep troubleshooting skills and our ability to solve complex, novel technical problems, please keep in mind that for third-party products outside our Recommended Platform, it may take us additional time to familiarize ourselves with managing, patching, and supporting them.
If an issue can and should be resolved by the third-party vendor, we will actively help you liaise with their support team to get the problem solved in the most efficient and timely manner.
We are happy to purchase items from other vendors at your request (contingent on distributor availability). However, if unforeseen issues arise in the setup, installation, or ongoing support of non-standard systems, that time may need to be invoiced separately.
